As some of you may or may not know for the last 6 or so months i have had to suspend any parkour related activity due to a rather serious wrist injury

. Basically it almost better and I'm looking to start training again. So i was just wondering if anyone would be interested in doing a bit of light training during the week (probably thursday evening). This would consist of mostly lower body stuff (persicions ect.) with a small amount of upper body. Nothing too strenuous but enough to work up a sweat. Not too fussed where but places around woden would be good
