Hi mate! You should find some of the Adelaide regulars to train with, they'll show you the basics of pk. 3 step wallrun's not bad, I'm guessing you mean across the wall?

Try these two links, the first one's the SA section on this forum, the second's the Adelaide section of the APA forum. I'm actually from Melbourne, so I don't know the Adelaide locals, but PK ppl tend to be really friendly, so just look for a jam/training session/class near you and comment to get an invite! Us traceurs are generally more than happy to help noobs, so yeah, go for it... http://www.parkour.com.au/forum/index.php?board=10.0http://forum.parkour.asn.au/index.php?board=22.0Also, in the mean time, check out http://parkourpedia.com/ to learn as much as you can before you get going. It'll help you get an idea of what you're in for, might even inspire you to get out and train by yourself!

Greetings and salutations, Lord Wingnut. hehheh... Anyway, check on the SA forum, mate, there're heaps of spots in Adelaide, or so I'm led to believe, look in all the jam/traing threads there, follow the links above. But really, If you can't find a good training spot within 5 mins jog of your house, you're doing it wrong. Or you live on the moon. No wait, I'd tear the moon right up!

I'm from Melbourne, so I'm not too familiar with Adelaide. try following those links, peruse the SA/Adelaide forums. Lots of people there will be able to help! Maybe post a topic there about it if there's no information readily available.
